PORT RYERSE, Ont. – A two-year-old girl has died after being struck by a vehicle at a bible camp outside Port Dover.
Police were called Saturday morning to the Triple C Bible Camp in Port Ryerse after getting a report of a vehicle running down a child.
They say they found the toddler suffering from serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
Paramedics rushed the child to Norfolk General Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
No decision has been made on whether or not to lay charges in the death.
A traffic collision team is assisting the investigation.
