TORONTO, Ont. – Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating a woman who went missing from Sunnybrook Hospital.
Sara Adams, 48, was last seen on Friday around 3:15 p.m. at the ‘F’ wing of Sunnybrook Hospital, in the area of Bayview Avenue and Blythwood Road.
It’s believed she was last spotted getting into a vehicle outside the hospital
She is described as a white female, 5’4″ tall with a medium build and short-grey hair.
She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with white flowers, jeans and possibly hospital slippers.
Police are concerned for her safety due to a medical condition.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
