TORONTO, Ont. – Police are searching for two suspects wanted for a string of robberies and an assault early Thursday in the Yonge and Gerrard streets area.
A couple was rushed to St. Michael’s Hospital after the man was stabbed in the abdomen and the woman knifed in the arm during an attempted robbery at a parkette around 1:30 a.m. — the robbers didn’t get anything from the victims.
Another man was stabbed in the cheek shortly after and another couple was robbed of cash, but unhurt.
And a fourth person was robbed of his cell phone.
