TORONTO, Ont. – Firefighters were forced to respond to two restaurant fires which happened hours apart on Yonge Street Friday night.
The first started around 11:30 p.m. Friday behind “So Great Thai” on Yonge, north of Empress Avenue.
There are reports it was an electrical fire.
The second was in Zelda’s Restaurant on Yonge at Isabella Street around 2:45 a.m. Saturday.
Roads were closed in the area, but have since re-opened.
No one was hurt in either fire and foul play is not suspected.
