If you use debit and digital means as the primary way to pay for your products, you’re not alone. A new survey says the majority of Canadians are going cashless.

The survey by Leger Marketing says 71 per cent of Canadians are comfortable with never handling cash.

Nikki Mezzo of PayPal told 680News about another interesting trend.

“Twenty-five per cent of Canadians go a week or more without ever using cash,” Mezzo said.

On the other hand, several people feel it’s harder to keep track of your spending when you are doing it digitally or on plastic.
