TORONTO, Ont. – Police are investigating after a man was stabbed while riding his bike in North York early Sunday morning.
The victim was riding through a hydro field near Yonge Street and Finch Avenue around 1:45 a.m. when a group of men jumped him, according to police.
The man eventually dropped his bike and ran, but not before suffering a stab wound.
He was treated in hospital and has since been released.
Police searched the neighbourhood for suspects after but there has been no word on any arrests.
