SIU investigating after man dies falling from 15th floor window

TORONTO, Ont. – The province’s Special Investigations Unit has been called in to investigate after a man fell from a 15th floor window and died, Monday.
Toronto Police and the SIU report officers were called to Adanac Drive, in the Eglinton and Bellamy Road area just after 2 p.m.
As an officer opened the door for the 15th floor stairwell, a man went through the window and fell to his death.
The man has not been identified.
SIU investigators are asking any witnesses to come forward.
The SIU probes all cases of death or injury when police are involved.
