While there appears to be growing evidence, there has still been no official confirmation that one of Canada’s most wanted fugitives may have been spotted in Paris, France.
The Montreal Gazette reports that the manager of a cafe in the French capital says accused killer Luka Magnotta had a drink in his bar on Thursday.
The cafe manager is reported to have told Paris police about the sighting, which has not been verified by French authorities.
Meanwhile, there are reports that French police have found items in a Paris-area hotel that they believe may belong to murder suspect Luka Rocco Magnotta, according to Agence-France Presse.
As well, recent photos released by Interpol appear to show Magnotta walking through security at an unknown airport.
Magnotta is wanted in connection with the gruesome killing and dismemberment of Jun Lin, a 33-year-old student at Montreal’s Concordia University.
