TORONTO, Ont. – A man charged with voyeurism for allegedly taking photos up women’s skirts has been released on $2,000 bail, Wednesday.
Toronto police made an arrest after a woman complained about having someone take pictures up her skirt at the Eglinton TTC station on Tuesday.
Police said the man allegedly used a camera built into his cell phone to take the photos.
Eugene Cuoto, 35, from Tottenham, Ont., has been charged with one count of voyeurism, and will make his next court appearance on June 25. He is currently not allowed to ride on TTC vehicles and he is not allowed to have electronic devices.
Police believe there may be more victims.
