The best proposal ever comes out of Oregon.
Isaac Lamb took his girlfriend, Amy, into the open back seat of his car and turned up the song “Marry You” by Bruno Mars.
The car started moving slowly and was soon surrounded by 60 friends and family members lipsyncing and dancing along.
