TORONTO, Ont. – Two people are in hospital after an early morning collision on Highway 404.
Police told CityNews one of the victims is in life-threatening condition. The other victim is in serious condition.
The crash took place around 3:30 a.m., Sunday, near Stouffville Road.
OPP Const. Lisa Macintyre told CityNews the collision involved two vehicles, one of which was an Aurora taxi.
The southbound lanes of the 404 were closed for several hours while police conducted their investigation. The lanes reopened shortly after 7 a.m.
