TORONTO, Ont. – A 30-year-old man is facing 28 charges in connection with a voyeurism investigation, including nine charges of making child pornography.
It is alleged that in nine separate incidents occurring between March 2012 and May 2012, the accused wrote sexually explicit messages on the washroom stall walls in Sherway Gardens Mall and a restaurant on North Queen Street.
Jorge Cambal of Toronto is facing multiple charges including nine counts of mischief, nine counts of making child pornography, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of child pornography and voyeurism.
The accused is known to frequent the Sherway Gardens Mall.
Police believe there may be other victims
