Niagara regional police have charged a man for allegedly impersonating his deceased brother.
Police said the probe started in March after they discovered that a St. Catharines man was getting government benefits under two different names.
Blair Richardson is facing a number of charges – including fraud, personation with intent and identity theft.
He has a bail hearing Wednesday.
