Five people have died after two private planes collided in mid-air and crashed Saturday near St. Brieux, Saskatchewan.
The RCMP have confirmed everyone on board both planes have died.
One of the aircrafts was a Piper PA-28 which had been flying to St. Brieux out of Calgary.
The other plane was a Lake Buccaneer amphibious plane.
According to the RCMP, the Piper had three people on board, two adult men and one young male.
Flying out of Regine to La Ronge, the amphibious plane had two people on board, an adult male and female.
The transportation and safety board is expected to arrive today to investigate.
