TORONTO, Ont. – The man suspected of committing murder in Oriole Park earlier this week has surrendered to police.
In a press release, officers from 53 Division said David Ludwig, 33, walked into the police station around 1:45 Saturday afternoon, accompanied by a lawyer.
Ludwig was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for Wednesday’s early morning shooting death of James Massey, 32, and has been charged with First-Degree Murder.
He is expected to make a court appearance Sunday morning.
