Rodney Stafford spoke to the media after Michael Rafferty was found guilty of first degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping in the death his daughter, of eight-year-old Victoria Stafford. Tori’s grandmother Doreen Graichen also spoke to the media.
