TORONTO, Ont. – A Toronto Star reporter won’t be facing charges after last week’s confrontation with Mayor Rob Ford at his house in Etobicoke.
Police have wrapped up their investigation into the alleged trespassing incident and determined there are no grounds to lay charges against Daniel Dale, who was on the Mayor’s property to write about Ford’s plan to buy adjacent parkland.
Dale tweeted that he and police looked at his BlackBerry, Wednesday afternoon, and there are no photos or videos on it from the night of the incident.
