TORONTO, Ont. – A heads-up for drivers this weekend.
All westbound collector lanes on Highway 401, from Islington to Kipling avenues, are scheduled to close at 10 p.m. Friday and reopen at 6 a.m. Monday.
It’s because of construction and it is weather permitting.
As the result, westbound traffic will be forced off at Highway 409. Also, the on-ramp from Islington Avenue to Highway 401 westbound collectors will be closed.
