TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are searching for three suspects after a shooting and robbery at a car dealership in the city’s west end, Thursday.
An employee, believed to be in his 50s, was shot at Humberview Motorsports, a car dealership at 2500 Bloor St. W., near Old Mill Drive.
Toronto police Const. Wendy Drummond said police were called at around 9:30 a.m.
Police told 680News the employee suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and was rushed to hospital while a customer was the victim of a robbery.
Police said a number of units, including the hold-up squad, had been called in to track the suspects, who fled on foot.
It’s not yet known what was stolen.
Police have not released suspect descriptions at this time and have made no arrests as the investigation is still on-going.
