Actress and singer Olivia Newton John has said her 26-year-old daughter Chloe Rose Lattanzi play the lead female part, “Sandy” in a “Grease” remake.

John, now 63, has also said she’d support country singer Taylor Swift in the role.

John played the role in the 1978 musical film along side John Travolta and thinks it would be “great” if a new version of the popular movie was created.

She said that they’ll try to remake “Grease” eventually, but that there’s something about the original that people still want to see.
