The U.S. Coast Guard has ended its search for a missing sailor.

A yacht taking part in a race from California to Mexico was allegedly struck by a much larger boat near the border.

Officials said the 37-foot yacht called ‘Aegean’ was apparently hit overnight Saturday. Witnesses who came across the boat’s wreckage said it looked like it went through a blender.

The bodies of three crew members have already been pulled from the water.
