TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police have released an image of a man charged in a historical sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that between 1980 and 1982 the accused sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy.
Phil Watson, 62, of Bancroft, Ontario, has been charged with indecent assault on a male.
Police say the accused travelled extensively around Ontario for his employment around the time of the alleged offence.
Authorities believe there may be more victims.
