This is National Immunization Awareness Week in Toronto.
Toronto Public Health is urging all residents to get shots to stave-off preventable diseases.
Toronto’s medical officer of health said diseases like tetanus, polio, measles, mumps and rubella were common in the city 100 years ago, but can be easily prevented.
