Facebook reports that it has more than 900-million monthly users.

The Wall Street Journal reports if Facebook were a country, it would be the third most populous, only 300-million short of India and 400-million short of China. The number of Facebook users is equal to the entire population in Africa.

Of course not all users log into the social networking site on a regular basis, but about 60 per cent do so on a daily basis.

Even though Facebook added 56-million users during the first three months of this year, the growth in new users hasn’t led to faster revenue gain.
