Archie Comic lovers know that he’s had a busy past three years with two marriages and being featured on a postage stamp.

Behind the scenes, the Archie Comic Publication’s co-CEOs Jon Goldwater and Nancy Silberkleit have been feuding, however.

Both Goldwater and Silberkleit are accusing one another of unprofessional antics.
 
Goldwater has asked the court to strip Silberkleit of her role in the company and she has since sued him for defamation and $100 million in damages.

A judge vows to appoint a temporary receiver to protect the 70-year-old company’s assets during the feud if the two parties can’t choose someone on their own by Wednesday.
