Wear it Pink Day: raise awareness for women’s cancers

You might see more people than usual wearing pink, Wednesday.
It’s national “Wear it Pink Day” — in which people are encouraged to wear pink to drive registration and awareness of the Shoppers Drug Mart Weekend to End Women’s Cancers.
The event in Toronto will be held in early September, benefiting Princess Margaret Hospital. Click here for more information.
The Canadian Cancer Society said one in seven Canadian women will be diagnosed with breast or a gynecological cancer in their lifetime.
