Toronto doctor faces child pornography charges

TORONTO, Ont. – A Toronto physician is facing child pornography charges.

Police say they executed a search warrant at a home in the Front Street East and Jarvis area on Thursday.

It is alleged that police seized a quantity of computer equipment which contained child pornography.

Kevin Speight, 39, of Toronto, has been charged with two counts of possessing child pornography, accessing child pornography and making child pornography.

Police say Speight is a practicing physician at the Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga and the Franklin Medical Centre in Cambridge.
