TORONTO, Ont. – The owner of the single winning Lotto Max ticket worth $50-million has yet to come forward according to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
The ticket was purchased in the GTA for the October 7 draw and is the sole winning ticket in Canada.
The OLG is urging players to check their ticket at an authorized OLG retailer, by calling OLG’s WIN! Line at 416-870-8946 (Toronto area) or toll free at 1-866-891-8946 (outside the Toronto area) or by visiting OLG.ca.
In September, a 42-year-old Toronto teacher claimed a $21-million Lotto Max ticket he had purchased in July and forgot to check after returning from a summer of backpacking around Europe.
Winners have up to one year to claim their prize.
