Toronto got more rain in ten minutes Sunday than we did in all of July.
Toronto received 40 millimeters of rain in a ten-minute span Sunday. Compared to July, when the city got less than 33 millimeters of rain.
The winds hit 100 kilometres an hour Sunday, ripping down trees and power lines. Areas near Yonge and Lawrence and Yonge and Davisville were among those hardest hit.
