Mississauga realtor Tony Han reportedly died of a heart attack after being kidnapped, according to the Toronto Star.
The remains of the 44 year old were found last week by cadaver dogs, hidden beneath the cement basement floor of a home in Markham.
Since he died of natural causes, three of his accused abductors have been charged with manslaughter rather than first-degree murder.
