Arrival times for TTC buses now available online and through text messages

TORONTO, Ont. – As of Monday, TTC passengers will be able to access real-time GPS allowing them to track bus arrival times online or via text messaging.
Bus passengers can go to nextbus.com to find out how long they will be waiting or they can send a text with their bus stop number.
A full list of stop numbers can be found on the TTC website.
Users will not have to pay for text updates until September, when the TTC will consider only offering the first two text messages for free, then charging 15 cents for each subsequent text.
