TORONTO, Ont. – Heading into Canada Day, there’s never been a better time to be Canadian.
Well, that according to a new article in the latest issue of Maclean’s magazine.
Despite the worldwide global slowdown, Canada continues to boast some impressive statistics.
Maclean’s said this country is attracting the brightest newcomers and in terms of real estate, Canadians have the roomiest houses on earth.
Also, the magazine’s senior editor John Intini told 680News Canadians are actually more entrepreneurial than our American friends.
“Bankruptcy rates in Canada right now for businesses are the lowest they’ve been in more than 30 years, and I think that again speaks to the entrepreneurial spirit and just the overall spirit,” he said.
