The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning people with milk allergies to not eat Indigosweets Dark Chocolate Sponge Toffee.

The recall comes after it became clear the toffee may contain milk or milk products that are not declared on the label of the product.

All best before dates on the product have been included in the voluntary recall by Indigo Books and Music.

The toffee is sold at Indigo locations across the country.
