Canadian dollar opened on Tuesday at 103.87 cents US, up 0.16 of a cent

TORONTO – The Canadian dollar opened at 103.87 cents US, up 0.16 of a cent from Monday’s close.
The U.S. dollar stood at 96.27 cents Cdn, down 0.15 of a cent.
Pound sterling was worth C$1.5702, up 0.21 of a cent and US$1.6310, up 0.47 of a cent.
The euro was worth C$1.3775, up 0.48 of a cent.
