Deadline for RRSP contribution Tuesday

TORONTO, Ont. – It’s the last day, Tuesday, to put money into your Registered Retirement Savings Plan for a break on your 2010 tax bill.
A survey from the Bank of Montreal found half of all Canadians have or will be making a contribution this year.
Many bank branches have extended their hours, Tuesday, for those who want to make a last-minute contribution. Some banks, including BMO, allow you make contributions over the phone.
