Muslims mark Eid al-Adha Tuesday

TORONTO, Ont. – Up to 15,000 Muslims gathered at Exhibition Place Tuesday for the Eid al-Adha festival.
Eid al-Adha, also known as the “Festival of Sacrifice,” marks the end of Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca.
Spokesperson Lina Rahman told 680News there will be a variety of fun events for everyone.
This is the Muslim Association of Canada’s 25th year of celebrating Eid al-Adha in the GTA.
